Watch RIG keeps working while you're sleeping, and it can track your sleep. When you wake up, go to "Sleep" to learn how much sleep you got.
What you can see in your sleep report
On your watch, "Sleep" shows your total and deep sleep duration. For more details, you can open "Veepoo Health" on your phone.
It displays multiple data not only those data showing on your watch but also other vital data:
Sleep quality: It's affected by your deep sleep, times you wake up, how long you are awake and so on.
Sleep Duration: It shows the time you wake up and fall asleep as well as how much sleep you have.
Wake-up times: It shows how many times you wake up during sleeping.
Insomnia: If you have Insomnia, you may be difficult to fall asleep.
REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep: During REM, your eyeballs move rapidly under your eyelids. Most people are dreaming in this stage.
Light Sleep: It's a non-REM sleep compared with deep sleep which is between deep sleep and awakening.
Deep Sleep: It's the key stage to relieve stress. The more deep sleep you get, the better quality it is.
Sleep efficiency: It refers to how long you fall asleep again after sleep disruption.
